Gabriel Housing Corporation owns and independently operates 359 units, consisting of single family dwellings, seniors complexes and apartments located throughout the City of Regina.

Gabriel Housing Corp. has made a strong commitment to sustainability – both environmentally and financially, and to that end, has made significant investments in energy efficiency retrofits, renewable energy systems and security upgrades to offer peace of mind for its tenants and stakeholders.  We are the only affordable housing organization in Canada with its own electric vehicle charging station network – offered 100% free of charge to our neighbours – the citizens of Regina.

Our wholly owned subsidiary company, Gabriel Property Management Inc (GPMI), provides 35 non-subsidized market rental suites in three apartment buildings. The buildings located at 2250 7th Avenue North (18 suites), 2235 8th Avenue North (9 suites) and 443 Lorne Street North (18 suites) are conveniently located close to all amenities, and feature attractive suites with brightly lit common areas and secure parking spaces.
